This is a wonderful, short essay on dignity by Tessa. In it she manages to articulate many thoughts and feelings that I have experienced myself, but have struggled with the words to express them effectively. If you have any relatives who still do not understand your refusal to be stabbed/raped/[insert chosen analogy here] then I really feel this could be beneficial to give to them.

Of course, if you are having a bad day and you really want to piss them off and get their back up, then I thorughly recommend my attempt at writing something similar, albeit in a disimilar vein.
